Junior Mobile Repair Team Technician is available in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Jr. Junior MRT will assist with AOG and Scheduled/Unscheduled maintenance checks as directed by the companies MRT Manager, Maintenance Control Team and/or DOM.  The Junior MRT Technician is a vital role for the success of the XOJET Aviation operation. Ensures all simulator training profiles are completed in accordance with the training program in a timely manner, as defined by the Director of Training. - Direct the implementation of existing, new, or revised flight operations policies and procedures. - Ensures all logistical procedures including handover checklists, documentation distribution and aircraft equipment distribution are implemented and monitored effectively. - Maintain a full understanding of Jet Edge’s GOM, OpSpecs, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.   Safety Responsibilities: - Ensures a safe and secure operation, including cabin operations, in coordination with the Safety and Compliance Manager, the Security Manager and the Fleet Safety Officers. - Closely cooperates with the Safety Department to provide solutions in setting up the necessary preventative actions to avoid incidents in the future. - Attends regular management meetings as described in the Safety Management Manual. - Communicates accidents/incidents and occurrences as he becomes aware to the Fleet Safety Officers in a timely manner. - Informs the Safety Department of changes which might affect safety for which a Management of Change is required. - Acts on actions raised in Centrik Safety Module within the due date. If not possible, he will request a relevant motivated extension.
