About Team:

The Revenue Tech Team is highly critical for Vista fleet operations. The Revenue Tech Team is working on providing the price and quote for the different aircraft categories for the different platforms. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our projects and guiding the team in adopting best practices and cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Perform manual testing for web applications, API testing by utilizing tools like Postman.
• Write automation scripts to calculate the price breakdown and verify the price against the business rules.
• Write and execute test cases, report bugs, and monitor/track the entire bug life cycle.Scheduling the automation scripts for running in production and non-production environments.
• Use database query tools to verify data accuracy. Verifying the data by querying RDBMS, Mongo DB and Redis.
• Work closely with developers, product manager and engineering manager to ensure project success.
• Analyze user stories and specifications to create test cases for new features, and supplement and improve existing testing where applicable.
• Develop deep expertise in our revenue teach products.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field of study.
• Minimum 6+ years in a professional software QA role with 3+ years in using/building automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing utilizing tools like Postman.
• Experience building test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Very Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in SQL(RDBMS) and NO SQL (Mongo, Redis).
• Experience performing Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Ad-Hoc Testing.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with version control and continuous integration systems - GIT, Jenkins.
• Ability to isolate and troubleshoot technical issues across the full technology stack by leveraging manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire for self-improvement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and proven experience doing automation and testing for rapid changes in development.
