As a member of the Admin Support Team, you will work to support the administrative needs of the organization with a focus on the training, flight, and maintenance departments. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties at a professional level and work closely with the Training and Maintenance Departments and the Chief Pilots Office.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to be available outside of standard business hours. Position is located at RWA headquarters in Bay City, WI.
Admin Support Staff Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative needs of the Training and Maintenance Departments and Chief Pilots Office.
- Order/schedule office supplies/repairs
- Copier paper, printer ink, and office supplies, furniture etc.
- Pest control, deep cleaning of office building
- Company-wide celebrations, donations
- Manage various schedules and logistics
- Schedule meetings, draft meeting minutes
- Manage documents – airplanes, land, cars, building, etc.
- Airplane registration
- Manage car insurance for crew cars
Ground School Support
- Arrange ground school hotel rooms and transportationNew hire welcome email with flights, lodging, contact information
- Support flight personnel with ground school classroom/courseware setup
- Verify on-boarding federal & state documentation and ensure proper documentation is accurately completed & tracked
- Confirm and track currency of following new pilot documents: First Class Medical, pilots license, passport, driver’s license, and any change of information
- Organize/arrange and track new hire pilot requirements – such as NATA background check, NDR
- Manage incoming/outgoing PRIA documentation & company compliance, while working closely with company personnel for accuracy
- Uniform orders/deductions
- Act as primary communication for training department regarding pilot support/questions
- Support implementation of Centrik scheduling/workflow/data tracking tool
- Special project support
Admin Support Staff Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Office environment experience
- Knowledge of scheduling, logistics

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
