Red Wing Aviation (RWA) is hiring a full-time Ground Instructor – opportunities in Bay City, WI and Columbus, OH. The Ground Instructor will provide classroom and simulator training to support Part 135 and Part 142 operations. This will include training program development, simulator support, and ground instruction for Company INDOC, as well as aircraft systems training.

Ground Instructor Responsibilities:
- Lesson planning and instruction delivery to ensure all pertinent information is covered for FAA requirements for initial and recurrent training
- Conduct performance and knowledge assessments
- Maintain the readiness of training materials (various media), courseware, and equipment
- INDOC program support
- Provide support for Part 135 INDOC
- Support for Ultra Systems (Part 135/142) and XL Systems (at a later stage)
- SIM Seat Support (Part 142)
- INDOC programs for other departments
- Projects
- Online Learning
