Facility Cleaner/Janitor

Red Wing Aviation is seeking to hire a Facility Cleaner / Janitor to join our growing team. The position is full-time and permanent, it is an integral role in keeping the Red Wing Aviation facilities in clean and orderly condition. You will help us make a great first impression to our customers and colleagues.

This is a full-time position located at RWA headquarters in Bay City, WI. Hours of the position include 6 am to 2:00 p.m. CST.

Facility Cleaner/Janitor Responsibilities:

• Cleaning facilities – dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, removal of trash, general cleaning and deep cleaning.
• Daily cleaning of RWA facility space:

           o Hallways

o Floors

o Lunchroom

o Classrooms

o Bathrooms

o Offices

o Reception area

o Departments

*a spreadsheet of daily tasks will be provided to follow for consistency in facility appearance

• Deep cleaning

           o Waxing floors

o Cleaning vents

o Scrubbing carpet

• Replenishing supplies to lunchrooms and bathrooms
• Stock and maintain supply room
• Performing & documenting routine inspections
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Additional Duties:

• Organize workspace and environment.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are utilized and in good working condition
